Instructions for submitting recommendation letters

​1. Please ensure that a minimum of two referees should upload their recommendation letters on or before 31st May 2023 to serbchemicalecology@gmail.com

​

2. The recommendation should be on the institutional letterhead, duly attested with a date.

​

3. The mail should come from the official Email ID of the referees. The subject of the email should strictly contain the Applicant's Name in the following format: "Applicant Name_Reco_SERBschool2023"

​

4. The referee should comment on the following

 

• How long have they known the applicant, and in what context? 

• A brief description of the applicant on the grounds of academic proficiency, communication skills and other qualities.

• Comment on the applicant's overall performance in contrast to his/her peers.

• Statement in support of the applicant's candidature for the workshop.
